Need to know Information
Thank you for choosing Buttercream Bakery for your event. Please read the following terms and conditions. By making payment, you are agreeing to these terms.
-A 50% non-refundable, and non-transferable deposit is required in order to reserve your event date. Please note, this deposit is to secure your date only. Your order is NOT completed until the balance is paid in full.
-Balance is due (7) days before your event date. Invoice will be sent prior to your event date and must be paid before the 1 week period or contract will be null and void. Again, deposit will NOT be refunded or transferred.
-Once design is finalized and approved, any changes, modifications in flavor or design must be made (7) days prior to original event date and will incur a $25 convenience charge. Date changes are subject to availability and must be rescheduled at the time of postponement.
-It is your responsibility to provide a sturdy table/surface/cake stand. ButterCream Bakery is not responsible for any damages caused by any handling after set up or pick up. Once order is transferred to recipient, the recipient assumes all liability and responsibility for care and condition of product. ButterCream Bakery is NOT responsible for damage after transfer.
-Our products may come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. It is your responsibility to notify your guests and hold us harmless to any allergen reactions. ButterCream Bakery products may contain materials such as plastic accessories, floral wire/tape/picks, wooden/plastic dowels, etc. We are not responsible for any injury or illness due to ingestion of said materials.
